IDEAlist Members

IDEAList membership is geared toward infill supporters who are passionate about driving change toward people-centred communities. As an IDEAlist, you and your company form the inner circle that informs IDEA’s strategy and priorities. All members must uphold the values in our Code of Ethics. All three steps need to be completed before membership will be awarded.

  • Education and on infill related topics, relevant to both Edmonton and other urban centres.

  • Support a group who is actively taking down barriers to infill.

Accomplishments of the IDEAlist group to date:

  • Receiving a commitment from the City to reduce permitting timelines for class A developments in exchange for the creation of a certified education program.

  • Receiving a commitment from the City and EPCOR to create a cost-sharing program for infrastructure relating to infill to reduce cost for infill development.

  • Updated the City of Edmonton Building Permit and Development Permit Checklist.

  • Created a commercial sub-committee within IDEA to focus on reducing barriers to commercial infill.

  • Persuaded the City to change the combo permit to separate development and building permits.

  • Changed IDEA’s purpose statement to reflect growing needs to “IDEA drives change towards people-centered communities”.

Step 1: Choose Level of Membership

Membership fee’s can be paid monthly or annually. If payment is made monthly it must be done through paypal or credit card.

PLATINUM IDEAlist – $1000/month

  • Members who contribute $1,000/month or more have their company’s logo appear on IDEA’s main website page, in IDEA’s sponsorship area in our newsletter, and  in the IDEA email signatures

  • All Logos will be linked to your company’s website

  • Company name and contact information will appear in our public directory

  • Receive four free tickets to IDEA events that can be used at the company’s discretion

  • Opportunities to be featured on IDEA’s social media

  • Opportunities to partner on events to extend your company’s reach

  • Discount to our Education/Permit Program

  • Opportunity to post land or build projects on our real estate section for free


GOLD IDEAlist - $450/month

  • Members who contribute $450/month or more have their company’s logo appear on IDEA’s main website page, in IDEA’s sponsorship area in our newsletter, and  in the IDEA email signatures

  • All Logos will be linked to your company’s website

  • Company name and contact information will appear in our public directory

  • Receive four free tickets to IDEA events that can be used at the company’s discretion

  • Opportunities to be featured on IDEA’s social media

  • Opportunities to partner on events to extend your company’s reach

  • Opportunity to post land or build projects on our real estate section for free

 

Silver IDEAlist – $250/month

  • Members who contribute $250/month or more have their company’s logo appear on IDEA’s main website page as well as being featured in IDEA newsletter

  • All Logos will be linked to your company’s website

  • Company name and contact information will appear in our public directory

  • Receive two free tickets to IDEA events that can be used at the company’s discretion

  • Opportunities to be featured on IDEA’s social media

  • Opportunity to post land or build projects on our real estate section for free

 Copper IDEAlist – $125/month

  • Members who contribute $120/month will have their company’s logo featured on IDEA’s main website page as well as our newsletter

  • All Logos will be linked to your company’s website

  • Company name and contact information will appear in our public directory

  • Opportunities to be featured on IDEA’s social media

You can either agree to it above or  sign and email it to mariah@infilledmonton.com
Your membership can not be processed with out it. 

MEMBER ORIENTATION PACKAGE

Your package will be sent to you once you have completed all three steps. In this package you will find our organization's values, mission, and values. It also contains your password to the research section of our website. 
We will also update our membership page with your company’s contact information within a week.
